Career

I started my job as a worker in August 2017. I was assigned to work at the bakery. On the first few days, working all day without sitting but constantly overtime exhausted me. Despite weariness, I motivated myself not to give up and finally, all my efforts were recognized by my superiors. I got promotion for the new responsibility - machine operator. When you are a worker, maybe you feel tired but out of working time, you can sleep well and do not have to worry about anything else. As an operator, you have more time and do not have to do heavy work but you must focus and deeply understand the principle of machine’s operation and its common failures. Under the guidance, support, sharing and training of my superiors and colleagues, I became gradually familiar with my new position and then extremely loving my job. A few years later, I was offered for new position as a Quality Control Staff, and now being the Quality Management Supervisor. Perhaps it was my fortune to have studied about lab indicators and operated production line of cakes, candies, C2 and now Aseptic. Probably a production lines operator can understand my implication. So many new lines and new things require me to work harder and try more. In return, I learned many interesting things. When you are passionate and love your work, time or difficulty is no longer a problem. I call URCVN my Second Home because URCVN gives me opportunity, trust and well training to accomplish my work. Without encouragement and support from my colleagues and superiors, I do not know if I could continue till this day.

My journey with URC Vietnam started in 2010 with the first position as Production Supervisor. At the beginning, I had a lot of worries due to working in a new environment with a new career while I just had little knowledge about C2’s production in 2 weeks. My first impression of URC is that it is a large-scale company with many hardworking and enthusiastic employees and especially the working time at URC is flexible regardless of Sunday and Monday. At URC, I have been extremely attracted by the enthusiastic supporting and training in working with key points. The development of the company makes me feel also lucky for all my improvements gained from my superiors’ trust and my own efforts in learning and working. After all my efforts, I have been assigned to the position of Assistant Production Manager in 2013. Working in a new position has become not only a motivation but also a heavy pressure of work and responsibility. However, I am certain of the success because I believe the cohesion of my colleagues and absolutely trust in the strong development of URC. For me, URC is not just a company but also my SECOND HOME where I am very proud of and happy to work - in desirable position - with enthusiastic colleagues who have been my brothers and sisters in this home.
