The journey to bring clean water and improve education in tea growing areas of URC Vietnam Co., Ltd., the company has been implementing the mission of "Creating sustainable living values with the community".
In the last days of 2023, at Loc Bao Primary School, in Hamlet 2, Loc Bao Commune, Bao Lam District, Lam Dong Province, joy comes to teachers, students and farmers when Green Tea C2 under URC Vietnam Co., Ltd. installs an industrial water purifier system with a capacity of 1,500 liters / hour and 200 cans of water to support school and households in this area have access to clean water. After installation, the water purifier can serve more than 3,000 people with clean water meeting drinking standards directly at the tap.

Along with the journey to bring clean water, this business has also handed out new school bags with hunchback-proof, waterproof functions and gifts as rewards for their efforts in the past year.
It is known that Loc Bao Primary School is located in a residential area of Loc Bao commune, where access to standard water sources is still difficult. Residents and children here also have to use water sources containing high levels of impurities. This easily leads to the risk of gastrointestinal infections causing diseases such as enteritis, diarrhea, dysentery, cholera, helminths ,...
According to the plan, by the end of 2023, the project "C2 with the community to create sustainable value" will record 2 school sites and 1 community point installed with water purifiers meeting RO filter technology standards from the US with automatic operation mechanism, equipped with additional disinfection equipment, detoxify, remove microorganisms, can be drunk directly... will ensure the health of users.

Together with Loc Bao Primary School, in 2023, URC Vietnam has also donated B'la Kindergarten, in B'la commune, Bao Lam district, and Le Loi Primary and Secondary School, in village 6, Bao Lam district, with a capacity of 100 liters per hour and gifts such as beverage, confectionary, C2 anti-humpback and waterproof school bags to support children's dreams of going to school.
Besides the journey to bring clean water, URC Vietnam also strives to improve education in tea growing areas with 600 anti-humpback and waterproof school bags and 1,000 given gifts from the company's products.

Mr. Bui Xuan Quy, a member of the Standing Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Bao Lam District, Lâm Đồng Province, expressed his appreciation for the collaboration between URC Vietnam and Bao Lam District in bringing clean water to people and students living in remote areas. He shared that the Bao Lam District Party Committee's resolution set a target of 98% of the people in the district having access to safe water by 2025. Since 2022, URC Vietnam has partnered with Bao Lam District to donate water purifiers to Loc Lam and Loc Nam communes. The company's journey is very meaningful and its contribution is helping to implement the resolution of the Party Congress.
