We, through this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), aim to explain the personal information and other information that we - URC Vietnam Co., Ltd. ("URCVN") collect about you. URCVN processes your data with respect and compliance with the law. URCVN does not buy or sell your personal data. 

This Policy describes how URCVN processes personal information on websites ("websites"), social media or mobile applications ("apps"), and any other services or instances where URCVN places an authorized link or reference to this Policy (collectively referred to as "Services"). 

Your continued use of URCVN's apps and websites signifies your consent to URCVN collecting, using, and sharing your information as outlined in this Policy.

URCVN may collect information content as follows:

1. Personal Information

“Personal Information” is any information that identifies you as an individual and any other information that URCVN associates with that information. URCVN collects various types of information from different sources, including but not limited to:

- Name, address, demographic information (such as gender, interests), date of birth, mobile and home phone numbers, and/or email address.

- Any publicly posted content or contributions on the internet. This includes comments, videos, and photos you submit. If you contact URCVN through a social media page, URCVN may collect your social media identification code.

- Any information you provide when contacting URCVN, through social media, email, or URCVN's customer care center.

- Payment information, in cases where you make purchases from URCVN or information about payment transactions that URCVN requires to process transactions.

- Job application information, such as professional or employment-related information and educational information.

2. In addition to collecting Personal Information, URCVN may collect non-identifying and unrelated information. URCVN may also anonymize or de-identify information so that it no longer identifies individuals. URCVN may aggregate and use such information for marketing activities and other activities in a way that protects the privacy of URCVN's consumers, as it does not use their Personal Information and falls outside the scope of this Policy.

URCVN may collect information through one of the following methods:

1. Direct Collection from You

URCVN collects information directly from you when you:

- Make a purchase with URCVN.

- Register on one of URCVN's websites or apps.

- Participate in URCVN's customer loyalty programs.

- Submit a job application.

- Subscribe to newsletters via email and other URCVN notifications.

- Participate in promotional programs such as gifts or contests.

- Visit URCVN's locations or events.

- Fill out a survey. Contact URCVN.

- Provide information to URCVN in other ways.

2. Collection from Tracking Tools such as Browser Cookies and Mobile Device IDs.

URCVN conducts this activity on URCVN's websites, in emails sent by URCVN, and in media advertising. URCVN collects information about usage and browser information over time. URCVN may have third parties collect personal information in this way. URCVN also collects information about you from URCVN's mobile apps.

3. Information Shared by Third Parties.

URCVN's business partners may provide information about you. URCVN may receive information from companies that aggregate information about their shopping and interests. Social media platforms may also provide URCVN with information about you, and URCVN may receive information about your interactions with URCVN ads on third-party websites.

4. Information URCVN can Combine.

URCVN may combine offline information that URCVN has collected with online information. URCVN combines information collected on third-party websites, including social media websites. URCVN combines information across devices such as computers and mobile devices. URCVN may also combine information from third parties with information URCVN already has.

URCVN collects information to serve one or more of the following purposes:

1. Efficiently Provide You with Products and Services.

URCVN uses your information to answer your inquiries or enable your participation in URCVN's programs. This may include drawing winners for prizes or contests. Another example is URCVN using your information to process your registration with websites and apps. URCVN may use your friends' email addresses to send them information you requested URCVN to send. URCVN also uses your information to process your orders. URCVN may contact you if you have won a prize or promotion.

2. Improve URCVN's Products and Services.

URCVN may use your information to enhance your experience with URCVN's websites, apps, and products.

3. Use Information for Security Purposes.

URCVN may use your information to help protect you, URCVN's websites and apps, URCVN's company, URCVN's customers, and URCVN's consumers.

5. Use Information to Receive Feedback from You on How URCVN is Performing and for Other Transactional Purposes.

URCVN may contact you about this Policy or the Terms of Use posted on the websites or apps you are using. URCVN may also reach out to you about job applications or your questions regarding URCVN's products or promotional programs.

URCVN may share the collected information in one or more of the following ways:

1. URCVN shares information within the URC group of companies and brands.

These entities include subsidiaries, affiliates, and current and future business partners of URCVN, within or outside Vietnam. URCVN may also share information with third parties that URCVN owns or has a business relationship with, such as companies with products distributed by URCVN.

2. URCVN shares information with third-party suppliers.

URCVN may share information with companies acting as URCVN's suppliers or third parties performing services on behalf of URCVN, within or outside Vietnam. They may assist URCVN in providing products or services to you, such as companies operating URCVN's websites and apps or companies running URCVN's promotional programs.

3. URCVN shares information with selected business partners.

URCVN may share information with common advertising partners, within or outside Vietnam. If you register for a joint promotional program, your information may be collected by both URCVN and third parties. These parties may include retailers. Your information will be used by URCVN according to this Policy or by advertising partners according to their policies.

4. URCVN collaborates with analytics and advertising partners.

URCVN's online services may use analytics, advertising, and other third-party content or functionalities through which URCVN's partners may collect information about Internet and electronic network activity, such as device and usage information.

5. URCVN shares information in response to legal requests.

URCVN may share information to comply with court orders or requests from authorized agencies. URCVN may share information if government agencies or investigative agencies request it. These entities include law enforcement or regulatory agencies in Vietnam and other jurisdictions. URCVN may also share information if URCVN is investigating potential fraud.

1. Your Rights and Choices You have the right to know, confirm, access, and amend/withdraw consent to our data collection and processing. Accordingly:

- You may request a copy of the following information: (1) Your Personal Information that we have collected; (2) Sources of collected Personal Information; (3) Business or commercial purposes for collecting or sharing Personal Information; (4) Third parties with whom we share Personal Information and the types of Personal Information shared; and (5) Specific pieces of your Personal Information that we have collected, used, or disclosed (if any).

- You may request us to delete your Personal Information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may retain Personal Information as permitted by law, such as for tax purposes or to maintain other records, to keep an active account, and to process transactions and facilitate customer requests. To request a copy of your collected Personal Information or to request the deletion of your information, please send an email to URCVN at the email address info@urcvn.com. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you (via the email address or mobile phone number provided in your request) to guide you on how to verify the request. We will then verify the information against our records and complete the request as soon as practicable and in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Your Legal Obligations You have certain legal obligations regarding your information, such as:

- Providing complete and accurate personal data when consenting to the processing of your personal data.

- Safeguarding your personal data and requesting others to protect your personal data.

- Respecting and protecting the personal data of others.

- Other obligations under applicable law.

URCVN retains the types of personal information described above for a period necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy or as permitted by law. This generally means that information will be stored as long as one of the following conditions is met:

- Your personal information is reasonably necessary to manage the operation and assets of URCVN, to manage your relationship with URCVN, or to fulfill other purposes for which URCVN collected the information.

- Your personal information is reasonably necessary to fulfill a disclosed purpose that is compatible with the reasonable expectations in the context of the collection of personal information.

- The information is required reasonably to protect the rights or property of URCVN (usually related to applicable law that limits actions in a specific case).

- URCVN is required or permitted to retain your information in another manner as specified by applicable regulations or laws.

URCVN does not intend to collect personal information from children without the necessary consent of parents. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided information to URCVN, you may contact us via email at info@urcvn.com, and URCVN will take appropriate steps.

URCVN employs various technical and organizational mechanisms to ensure the security of its websites and applications. You should understand that no data storage system or data transmission activity over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed completely secure.

URCVN may link to or allow you to access Services from third-party websites or platforms. URCVN's websites and applications may also include third-party content that performs information collection. Third-party content may include tools such as cookies and tracking technologies. These third parties may use your information for their own purposes, including analytical and advertising purposes based on behavior. URCVN does not control these third parties or their use of these technologies, so please read their privacy policies carefully.

URCVN reserves the right to change this Policy. When any changes occur, URCVN will inform you of any material changes as required by law. This may include posting an update here. Therefore, please check this Policy periodically for updates. By continuing to use the websites, applications, and services, you voluntarily and clearly agree to the updated Policy.
